They used VPBX to deploy a complaint management system at their head office branch.

  • Five complaint booths were deployed at various places in the shopping area. Tellular devices with ZONG Sims were installed on all booths.
  • Whenever a person has a query/complain he just has to pick up the phone at any booth and press the SPEED DIAL button then he is asked to record his name and number.
  • After recording the name and number of that person the call is transferred to the floor managers sequentially who can resolve his query/complaint.
  • At the end of the day the director operations view the recordings of all complaints and see if the clients were dealt rightly or not.
  • This project was a huge success and now we are deploying the same system at all 9 branches of METRO stores all over Pakistan
