Purpose

McDonalds made 60,ooo calls in two weeks through our auto dialer for the promotion of their Special.

Execution

Our system made automated calls on all the numbers.

• Whenever anyone picks up he was told about the offer through a recorded voiceover and was asked to remain on call if they are interested in the offer.
• After 9 seconds the persons who remains on call were bridged to one of the 15 agents at McDonalds call center for order booking.
• This campaign was a huge success.
