Execution

• Customer Support agents will be using mobile phone for making outgoing / incoming calls.
• Agents can make official calls from home or on the go and all their Outgoing / Incoming calls will be recorded and will be visible on Zong360 Office Web Interface.
• During incoming call, CTI Pop Up will be showing Caller details on Screen to support teams.
• Teams and agents can also record the outgoing calls and utilize them for support later on.
