They used VPBX to deploy a complaint management system at their
head office branch.
Execution
Five complaint booths were deployed at various places in the
shopping area. Tellular devices with ZONG Sims were installed
on all booths.
Whenever a person has a query/complain he just has to pick up
the phone at any booth and press the SPEED DIAL button then he
is asked to record his name and number.
After recording the name and number of that person the call is
transferred to the floor managers sequentially who can resolve
his query/complaint.
At the end of the day the director operations view the
recordings of all complaints and see if the clients were dealt
rightly or not.
Result
This project was a huge success and now we are deploying the
same system at all 9 branches of METRO stores all over
Pakistan
